Our company is located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu China, which is around 300km from Shanghai. Since the foundation of our company, we devote ourselves in the development, manufacturing, and sales of car interior materials, covers, car accessories. Over the years of development, we are able to provide solution to car decoration customization for MPVS, SUVS, Limousines and other cars for special purposes.
The team is the main designing /unit for national standard GB13057 and automotive standard QC/T633.
Our company holds over 100 patents, including 3 invention patents and more than 60 utility model patents.
Several of our products have received M1 certification from EU. Our factory in Yangzhou is the largest manufacturer of seats for commercial vehicles in China.
Intelligent equipments is adopted in the frame production line.
Multiple processes such as cutting, patterning, punching, embroidery, and sewing utilize intelligent equipments
In the covering process, robots spray glue that is environmentally friendly and odorless. We have a 26-station assembly line, which allows us to complete a seat in 5-7 minutes, and check the current and noise on the line.
